Amazon Web Services
We know how difficult the road to obtaining the appropriate technical certificates is. We know because we have travelled it many times. We also know how important there are appropriate signposts and those who can be asked – “which way is the right way?”. Our team consists of experts with all types of Amazon Web Services certificates.

On a daily basis, they actively share their knowledge, experience and “tricks”, as well as cleverly and effectively prepare for certification exams. Working with us, you gain access to educational platforms such as Cloud Guru or Cloudera, which will make it easier to prepare for certification exams. Often you will participate in unique training, in the form of online webinars, which are dedicated exclusively to Amazon Web Services Partners. Most importantly – you will get a chance to work on projects where you can check practically acquired skills, and when you encounter a dead end on your way, you will be able to use the help of experienced colleagues.

Onboarding i mentoring

They say that one of the worst days in life is the first day of a new job. We have sorted it out!

In detail, we have refined the process of adaptation in the organization for people joining our team. Each of our new friend or colleague receives support from people who know well and will give proper access and permissions and will help in the adoption of new equipment.

At a later stage, once you have successfully completed the trial period, you will be under the care of a technical expert, with the Amazon Web Services certificate, at the Professional level, who will be your technical mentor on the way to obtaining the designated certificates or diplomas.

Trainings, conferences, meetups

New technologies are a necessity of continuous updating of knowledge.
Working with us, you will be able to participate in numerous thematic conferences, webinars, presentations – often available only for a small group of AWS and Docker Partners. In addition, thanks to the fact that we support the communities focused around AWS and Serverless, you will have the opportunity to participate, also as a speaker, in regular meetings of AWS User Group Warsaw and Serverless User Group Poland.

Remote work

All the people in our team, work from a place that suits them the most. We do not have to spend the whole day in one office to efficiently implement projects.

Thanks to the developed standards and extensive experience in working in a distributed structure, we are able to provide services at the highest level and efficiently implement projects, contacting each other and with clients located in the remotest corners of the world, exclusively through modern communication tools: Slack, Jira and Redmine and video conference: Hangout, Skype or Webex.

Cyclic meetings in the office

We focus on communication and partnership relations both in the team and in relation to the clients.

Therefore, from time to time, we meet in our office in Warsaw, not only to discuss current projects, but also to spend some time together. Thanks to this we have a well-coordinated, understanding and fond of the team, and this is the basis for effective cooperation. We are also at the permanent disposal of our clients. Therefore, if there is a need, we can arrange a meeting and discuss the project at any time.
