AWS CodeDeploy agent

The AWS CodeDeploy agent is software installed and configured on an Amazon EC2 instance or on-premises server, enabling its inclusion in deployments managed by AWS CodeDeploy.

The agent handles deployment instructions, downloads application packages, executes deployment scripts, and reports operation status to CodeDeploy. It enables automatic, consistent, and controlled deployments across multiple servers simultaneously.
